The 50-meter-long campus situated right at the heart of the “Kitchen of the world” is set up to mimic a full-fledged factory facility. It comprises of High, Medium, and Low risk zones that conform to the stringent GFSI standard (Global Food Safety Initiative) and equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment and technologies for food enthusiasts to experiment with the right recipes for that perfect food fusion! Most crucially, in FPT we believe people are the “SOUL” of the kitchen.
FPT’s food campus is also equipped with the latest food processing machinery and technology, including the capability to develop food ingredients, flavours and seasonings; food producers can experiment to find the right recipes and that ideal combinations.
FPT’s team of professionals encompasses Master butcher, Executive chefs, food scientists, engineers, project consultants, architects, QA and IT specialists.
