In order for FPT to support the vast geographical servicing teams in term of spare part availability, FPT also invested heavily into a highly automated spare parts logistic centre which houses more than 5-million-euro worth of spare part values. This SMART dynamic inventory system enables us to analyse the demands and stock balancing requirements to ensure readily availability of critical spare parts to support our regional customers in real-time.
